That’s exactly what your first two visits are designed to answer. After your consultation, exam, and result of tests, your doctor will recommend the specific services your situation calls for and explain why each one is part of the plan.

Are all services available at both locations?

Most are. Spinal decompression is available at our Pickerington office only. Functional medicine and massage therapy are available at our Westerville office only. All other services are available at both locations.

Can services be combined in the same visit?

Yes. In many cases, laser therapy, massage, or other therapies are incorporated into the same visit as your chiropractic adjustment. Our office team will work with you to coordinate the most efficient schedule for your care plan.

Does insurance cover everything?

Insurance typically covers chiropractic care. Services like functional medicine, spinal decompression, cold laser therapy, and massage are generally not covered. Our team verifies your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises.

Do I need a referral for any of these services?
