Insurance and Payment Options at HealthFirst Chiropractic
HealthFirst Chiropractic is in-network with most insurance plans and also welcomes self-pay patients. We offer payment plans, monthly auto-debit options, and care packages to make consistent care accessible.
Insurance Coverage at HealthFirst
Most major insurance plans cover chiropractic care, and HealthFirst is in-network with the majority of them. If you’re not sure whether your plan covers care at our offices, contact us before your first visit and our team will verify your benefits for you. We want you walking in on day one knowing what to expect financially – not finding out after the fact.
A few things worth knowing upfront: insurance coverage varies significantly by plan. Some plans cover a set number of visits per year, others require a co-pay or deductible to be met first. Services like functional medicine, spinal decompression, cold laser therapy, and massage therapy are typically not covered by insurance. Your doctor will walk you through exactly what’s covered and what isn’t at your result of tests visit.
We do not accept Medicaid.
Self-Pay and Payment Options
If you don’t have insurance or your plan doesn’t cover the services you need, we have options. HealthFirst offers straightforward self-pay rates, monthly auto-debit payment plans, and care packages that bundle services at a reduced rate. Our goal is to make it possible for patients to get the full course of care their situation calls for, not cut it short because of cost.
- Self-pay rates available for all services
- Payment plans with monthly auto-debit options
- Care packages for chiropractic care, spinal decompression, cold laser therapy, and massage therapy
- Supplement purchasing available through our Standard Process online account
Personal Injury and Workers Compensation
If you’ve been injured in a car accident or a workplace injury, your care is typically covered under your auto insurance personal injury protection (PIP) or your employer’s workers compensation policy – not your regular health insurance. In most cases this means no out-of-pocket cost to you while your claim is active.
HealthFirst handles personal injury and workers comp cases at both locations. Our doctors provide thorough documentation of your injuries and treatment throughout your care, which is essential for your claim. Contact us as soon as possible after an accident – the sooner we evaluate you, the better both clinically and for your documentation record.
