What to Expect
Our New Patients Are Well At EaseWe work hard to ensure that our new patients are well at ease, because we know that visiting a doctor for the first time can be an overwhelming and sometimes nerve wrecking experience. At our office, you will have the option to complete the paperwork in the comfort of your own home, you will be welcomed with a warm and friendly team member, and you will have a personalized conversation with the doctor so you can communicate your health history and primary reasons for seeking care.
Your first visit will last approximately one hour. During this time we will review and discuss your symptoms and health history. This will be followed a complete and thorough O.N.C.E exam(Orthopedic, Neurologic, Chiropractic, Emotive), Insight Millennium computerized nerve and muscle scans, and if necessary, spinal x-rays. During this process our goal is to determine if your health problem is something we can help you with. If we can help you we will tell you, and if we cannot help you we will also tell you, and help you get the help that is best for you.
Your second visit will last approximately 30 minutes and reviews all of the information gathered during the first visit in order to develop a customized plan of action. You will learn what your problem is, how long it will take to correct, and how much it will cost. If it is determined that we can help you, your first treatment will be on this visit as well. We always welcome additional members of your family to accompany you during the second visit so that they can become educated about your condition and the next steps necessary for a full recovery.
